What does it mean for food to travel, to settle, and to become part of a city’s identity? Moving through Oud-West neighborhood of Amsterdam, we connect flavours to streets - from Indonesian spices to warm Surinamese bara, from delicate Turkish baklava to the contemporary Japanese bites.
We trace how tastes move, adapt, and take root in the city. This is a layered exploration for those who seek context, sensory experience, and a deeper understanding of Amsterdam through its food.
